I had used Worldwide Ocean & Air Shipping lines to ship my goods from the USA to India. The I am glad to say that I have recd the shipment in Chennai in the original condition.
The assistance rendered by your firm's representative in Chennai, Mr. Satish Kumar and his assistant Mr. Sukumaran was extensive. They were patient to explain me the complicated process of clearing Indian Customs thoroughly. They have always updated me on the status of my shipment. With their expertise, they expedited the process of completeing the paperwork and I could take possession of my goods in about 2½ days.

I write this letter as a very very satisfied customer for World Wide Ocean and Air Movers and there working partners End2End Logistics and Intcargo here in India.
As a brief history I shipped my household goods from NYC to Delhi and then had to move it to Bangalore with them. I initially slated to be in Delhi but before my goods arrived I was had to relocate to Bangalore and was worried as how I am going to get my stuff cleared at Delhi and then move it to Bangalore, but for all the Help and nice work that these guys did, ALL the goods arrived safe and around at Bangalore without a single Hitch and above all without my involvement, I am compelled to thank the extreme professionalism and the commitment that these guys provided.
Here are some very strong characteristics that we can have for granted (based on my personal experience) when we engage World Wide Ocean and Air Movers. :
1. Fine Cohesion between different teams involved as the goods move from one dock to another and to customs and then to the final destination with complete transparency of operation.
2. Timeliness is one factor which also impressed me considering so many parties involved they were able to track and let me know the all the details I needed when ever I needed.
3. Very reliable and trustworthy. I had all my house hold goods shipped and say it luck I was so much busy with my schedule that couldn't go to Delhi for customs but for these trustworthy guys ( Ravi and Kingson from End2end logistics in Bangalore and Rajiv from Intcargo in Delhi ) I gave power to attorney to these guys without any second thoughts and they pursued customs and every thing was cleared without a hitch and the they arranged for shipping the cargo the day it was out of customs in Delhi to Bangalore without my involvement, believe it made it to my door steps in Bangalore the 3rd day itself !.
4. One outstanding aspect of the whole experience was that these teams in India that Worldwide Ocean and Air movers have they set very realistic expectations and stand to it and on further thoughts this contributes to point 3 above I guess.
5. Last but certainly not the last they are very knowledgeable on the whole of the process and never seem to be at loss for solutions for any situation.

We are very much pleased to write to you that we received our shipped house hold articles from New Jersey in a very good condition. The shipment has arrived in a perfect condition. The packing and loading crew in New Jersey had done a very good job. The things were packed with a great skill. The container was loaded with a good planning, saving space and avoiding movement inside the container. Even the part shipment which came in a palette arrived in an excellent condition. The members at ICD (International Container Depot) were very helpful in Custom clearance. But the recent Karnataka state government imposed “Entry Tax” is a nuisance and is levied on the used items which makes no sense. In some situations it goes up to 40% of the declared value (ex. Furniture). One may not pay any Central custom tax and pay a heavy entry tax. We have no broken or damaged items to claim. The shipment was delivered to our home and placed inside the house the way wanted them to be. The delivery people are also very well experienced and good. The job was very well done. We are very pleased. We will recommend the world wide shipping and air to our friends and relatives abroad without second thoughts.
Our heart felt thanks to one and all in the shipping company who helped us in our relocation from New Jersey to Bangalore very smooth and pain less.
