I recieved my shipment last Sunday. I checked contents of the boxes and everything seems ok. Haven't got a chance to plugin the elctronics items yet but I am sure they will work too.

I received my shipment, NYCMUM1192 a couple of weeks ago. Thanks !
However, I have not been able to open it because there is a lot of renovation work going on in our house. Therefore I dont know yet whether anything was damaged or not. All the boxes seem to be intact, but, you never know when you open it.
Is there a deadline till which I have to report any damages during the transit? Please let me know, and once again thank you and Worldwide for handling my shipment.

Last week, I received my shipment from your partner in Bangalore, end2end logistics.
All the packages were intact and I didnt find a single mishap in the entire consignment. I am yet to open some of the boxes, but I could get the feeling that all are safe. The clearence at the container terminal was a breeze, and took me only 1 hour to finish the proceedings. The agent at the office was extremely helpful. I ended up paying a very negligible amount of customs duty (around 1500 Rupees) only.

A fact that you will find interesting: When I went to the customs godown to collect my shipment, I noticed that other than those shipped by Worldwide, no other shipment packing was upto the mark!
